Good hot and fresh breakfast with lots of options, recently refurbished and immaculately clean place. The highly professional stuff working throughout the hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable way to end my weekend.

Traditional continental breakfast with good ingredients. Nicely decorated room and extra tea, a flat-screen TV, and a dressing table inside. Large grassy area, central location short walk to the Caledonian canal and Ben Nevis, a restaurant for a very long time, and Fort William, Glen Nevis.

It has best possible, decent setting, short walk to tons of lovely views near by, Fort William between Ardgour/Mallaig and Inverness and the Canal at Neptunes Staircase. And it's by River Lochy.

I really good spend 1 night in Fort William. The room I booked was needs to be refurbished bathroom very dated and available with a patio over looking beautiful mountains. It was nice to have extra tea, a flat-screen TV, and a coffeemaker.

Easy check-in, quiet and very scenic location just off fort William and tons of lovely views near by as well as Banavie rail station and the Caledonian canal. Very clean bed in standard double room with so much space, a cute balcony, and coffee. Fresh made breakfast options with of course porridge and fresh eggs and black pudding.

The room was modern and comfortable with a superior upgrade. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The balcony had a great view of the canal and Ben Nevis. Breakfast was delicious with a good menu. Room service was convenient.
